About

I had a bit of a life changing experience in hospital so I spent time planning my future career had I had a privilege to get out and fully recover. Today I currently work at providing services to those that need help under the NDIS framework and I havent looked back! I work at a professional capacity helping participants develop works skills for the workplace on a daily basis and I enjoy seeing them develop mentally, professionally and socially both on their own and as a team. Seeing someone achieve their goal and become a step closer to independence and achieving satisfaction in their life is something that drives me to be in the care providing industry. I have a variety of hobbies and interests that I pursue in my personal time. Some of which include gardening, reading, computer games and cooking. I also teach Adults and Kids in my spare time at my local community and I enjoy being around animals. I currently work as a Team Leader and an Employment Coach. Whilst I enjoy working with all participants and helping them out, I can also sit down and set goals for both of us to achieve and work towards as a wider range of skills will result in more activities and tasks for us to explore and more things to enjoy!
