Hi, I'm Paola 👋 Originally from Colombia, now living in Sydney. Supporting others has always been close to my heart. I’ve grown up alongside my aunt, who has special needs, and that experience taught me the value of compassion, patience, and adapting care to suit each person’s unique personality and preferences. I’ve worked as a support worker in Australia for over a year, and I love creating joyful, meaningful moments—whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, sharing a laugh, or exploring new hobbies together. I believe support should be both empowering and fun! Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, fashion, food, crafts, and movies.
