Hi, my name is Janice, Tell us why you would make a great Hero. I like helping people to help themselves. I am interested in spending time with elderly people and am passionate about ensuring they aren't lonely or at risk of becoming socially isolated. I am friendly, approachable and like meeting new people. I like getting out and about and doing things. I am always happy to try new things. If I don't know how to do something I'm happy to give it a go. I love going to markets, exhibitions and the theatre. I’m equally comfortable hanging out at home playing board games, watching movies or doing any fun activity. I am not available to assist with domestic duties such as cooking, washing and cleaning. I have my own transport. I am punctual and reliable. Tell us how you will share one of your skills or hobbies to help someone in our community. I love dogs and the outdoors so would love to take someone in the community (and their dog if they have one) for walks to explore new and different places around Sydney. As a qualified dog trainer I can help people with their dogs, especially in public places. What is a quote that inspires you?
