Hi, my name is emma, Because I am understanding, compassionate, helpful and encouraging towards others. I enjoy working as a support worker and have experience in it, I am quite helpful and love organising and planning events that others will enjoy. Working towards a goal is important and I would love to encourage and help clients achieve that as part of my support work. I am quite happy to take part in most activities and open minded to trying new things, even if I personally do not do a certain sports or activity I am happy and willing to try it, especially if the client needs or wants someone to try it with them, for example I do not and have never played soccer but would be happy to participate in that if the client needed someone to practise with them. I am happy to teach people what I know and help them learn new skills and activities.
