About

I have a passion for improving the physical and emotional well-being of people with disabilities. I am a 3rd year University student studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science who is keen to work in an environment that fosters the independence and quality of life of people with disabilities through physical activity. I am responsible and enthusiastic, and I will be able to apply my skills to this population group. I have very good communication skills, patience, empathy, positive energy, and a strong desire to improve people’s physical and emotional wellbeing and empower them through exercise. I believe that exercise, healthy habits, and having a positive mindset are really important. Therefore, I will use my love for people and curiosity about them to help them improve their wellbeing, encouraging them to feel comfortable speaking to me and to take more risks going out into the world. I love surfing, hiking, tennis and exploring.
