I wanted to become a Social Carer because I have always been passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in their lives. With over 10 years of experience in community health services, I have worked closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting their well-being and promoting inclusive healthcare. My background in healthcare, combined with my ongoing Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate, person-centered care. I believe my empathy, patience, and ability to build strong relationships make me well-suited for this role. Some of my hobbies include photography, drawing, and DIY activities. I enjoy capturing moments through my camera and expressing creativity through art and craftwork. I am also passionate about community engagement and promoting health awareness. My key skills include communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. I am highly motivated, friendly, and always eager to support and uplift those around me. My previous colleagues have described me as approachable, reliable, and skilled at creating a positive environment for both clients and team members. I have experience coordinating healthcare services, advocating for individuals with disabilities, and ensuring that they receive the best possible support tailored to their unique needs.
