Hi :) I'm Adam, a passionate and caring support worker who loves meeting new people! I've been through my fair share of mental health battles and understand how important it is to have real support in your corner. I'm currently studying for a Diploma in Counselling and working on building my experience, combining what I’m learning with my lived experience to provide genuine, heartfelt support to others. I’m a big believer in the power of being truly heard, and I know how much it means to have someone to talk to who gets it. Whether it’s having a chat, going for a walk, grabbing a coffee, or bonding over a board game, I’m here for it. I love spending time outdoors with my friends and family. That includes spending time surfing with my younger brother, playing golf with my mates, camping trips, cooking meals for those I love and having a heartfelt chat around a campfire.
