I currently work in before and after school care and am studying a Bachelor of Social Work. Through my experience, I’ve developed a strong passion for supporting individuals with disabilities not just children, but people of all ages. I’m committed to person centred, inclusive care that empowers individuals to live meaningful lives. With a foundation in practical support and a growing understanding of systemic issues, I’m working toward a future where everyone feels respected, supported, and heard.🩷 I’m passionate about working with people, especially in creating safe, inclusive environments where everyone feels respected and supported. I have strong skills in communication, empathy, and behaviour support especially through my work in OSHC and my Bachelor of Social Work studies. I’m also really interested in disability advocacy and social justice. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, going to the gym, 🏋️‍♀️staying active, and finding new music 🎶or recipes to enjoy. I’m always looking for ways to grow personally and profession I love to go for walks , do crafting actives, and make all sorts of food. I am I bubbly person who is always wanting to help , no matter the circumstances.🤍
