Hi, my name is Chahideh, I am patient, have a cheery demeanor, the ability to multi-task, being able to think quickly, punctuality, willingness to learn, being a good listener, kindness and empathy. I nursed my sister back to health when she was released from ICU (Intensive Care Unit). She feels healthy, happy and well. ACHIEVEMENTS I have often received compliments from customer on my excellent ‘genuine service’ I have attained recognition and awards including many awards and thank you letters whilst working at The Whiddon Group Nursing Home Hornsby Worked as a (Volunteer) Certificate of Appreciation 2009 in recognition of contribution to the HACC community on behalf of Ku-ring-gai / Hornsby Volunteer Co-ordinators Forum 5 years Service Award 2009 acknowledgement and appreciation of commitment and service Volunteer visiting in nursing homes for the Catholic Community Services 3 Above and Beyond Awards together with 5 Thank you letters 2006 –2010 from residents, management and staff – The Whiddon Group Nursing Home Hornsby A favourite quote of mine is: If a job not done properly do not do it.
