I have had experience in alot of areas such as working in hospitality as a chef for the past 10 years. I also work at an animal shelter, working with dogs and cats. I love caring for animals and seeing the amazing positive impact they can have on peoples lives. I enjoy talking to people and hearing their stories or just helping to create a safe space where they know someone cares and is there to listen. I’m a positive , patient and energetic person who loves to make people smile and help create memorable moments in their lives. I am a very empathetic person, I love to meet new people and connect with them. Learning about their life and being there for them when they need is one of the most rewarding experiences. If someone had an interest in food I would love to share my passion for cooking, helping to empower someone to feel confident cooking and have a great time doing it. I’d love to share my knowledge of food and cooking whilst creating a positive experience for someone that helps them to feel empowered, confident and happy.

Caroline is a warm, friendly, conscientious and reliable support worker, who truly cares. Each week, she would teach my mum how to bake cakes, which is a hobby my mum was keen to learn. Mum enjoyed the lessons and was always impressed at how patient, knowledgeable and polite Caroline was. Caroline is a lovely person, and we highly recommend her as a support worker.
