I love to celebrate small wins in life together; to support clients to reclaim confidence, discover your potential, let go of what doesn’t serve you, and witness your capacity in life expand. This fills me up with great joy. I believe everybody has inherent value on the planet. With a background in counselling, energy healing and meditation, I would like to extend my services virtually to you as a holistic support worker and be a part of your team. My hobbies include being in nature, reading, animals, coastal walks and creativity. I am passionate about self-development, laws of attraction, spirituality, holistic lifestyle, health and wellbeing, and the energy world. Hello there, I have lived experience with complex health issues. My own health journey has brought me to a deeper discovery of the mind, body, spirit connection. I am grateful this has led me to a fulfilling lifepath of empowering healing from within. I am honest, empathic, person-centred, compassionate, and caring.
