About

I have always been motivated by a genuine desire to help others. Through my work as a Registered Behaviour Technician and my ongoing Bachelor of Psychology studies, I’ve developed a strong interest in supporting people with a range of mental health and developmental needs. I want to understand people on a deeper level and help them live as independently and happily as possible. I believe I will be good at this role because I am naturally patient, empathetic, and organised. I take time to listen to each person and aim to make them feel as comfortable and supported as they can be. I also enjoy working with children and building trusting relationships that help them grow and achieve their goals. I’m passionate about psychology and understanding how people think, feel, and behave. Outside of study and work, I enjoy walking, running, reading, and spending time with my daughter, husband, and friends. My key strengths are patience, empathy, and being non-judgmental — qualities that help me build positive, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. I come from a multicultural family and speak French as my first language, as well as Italian. I hold current NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certifications. I am currently completing my first year of a Bachelor of Psychology and working as a Registered Behaviour Technician, which gives me a strong foundation in understanding behaviour and supporting people with disabilities in a compassionate, evidence-based way.
