In addition to my role as a carer, I am also a seasoned fitness coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. This background has taught me the importance of physical and mental well-being, and I'm passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. On a personal note, I have an uncle who has schizophrenia, and his journey has inspired me to make a difference in the lives of those facing challenges.
