About
I’m motivated to be a Social Carer because I care about the age and people with disabilities. To make them feel happy for the period I spend with them. I believe I have the patience, skills, knowledge and experience to address and assist in helping them achieve or succeed in what they want to achieve. I’m calm under pressure, I’m compassionate, open and honest and will allow them to voice their concerns or ideas. I can work on my own and also in a team environment and still achieve targets and goals. I’m punctual and very tidy. I’m a down to earth bloke who can be very funny and serious when required. I’m an avid golfer and a rugby league and union spectator. I go to the gym and I like to keep healthy, and spend time with my family. I am ex Army(10yrs), Professional rugby & League(UK) player(7yrs), British police(3.5yrs) and just recently left the New Zealand Police about months ago(15yrs) Therefore I have the experience to deal with situations and people during hostile or moreso non-hostile situations.
