About
I am an older Australian woman; I am young at heart and energetic for my age. I have previously worked as a mental health nurse and a carer for the past four years. I am caring, patience, compassionate and empathetic towards others. I enjoy helping with everyday tasks and engaging in conversation with people in order that they may increase their confidence and improve their outlook on life. My interests are walking, art, dancing and reading. I would love to share these or other interests with a member. I am happy to do light house work and provide social support and company to a member. I could assist a member with issues of anxiety and depression and give some coping strategies, a positive attitude to their everyday life. I have a car to assist you with doctor's appointment, shopping, social outings.
