About

Hello, I’m Claudine! I'm a social support worker who leads with heart, humour and a genuine love for helping people feel seen, supported and empowered in their everyday lives. I bring a blend of compassion, practicality and good old fashioned positivity to every person I work with. My passion is helping people step into a life that feels meaningful, confident and connected. Whether it’s guiding someone through daily routines, building emotional resilience, organising their home environment, navigating appointments or exploring new hobbies, I am happy to help you build structure, be your cheerleader and encourage you with patience. I’m a big believer that support should feel uplifting, not clinical and that every person deserves a problem-solver and a trusted companion who is reliable. I’m passionate about mental wellness, confidence building, life skills development and helping people rediscover joy in their day to day life. I love supporting people in moments of transition whether big or small and making them feel capable, steady and encouraged. Outside of support work, I love travelling, good conversation, spontaneous adventures and discovering hidden gems in new places. I enjoy all types of music, trying new cultural foods, exploring new suburbs, and finding activities that bring life back into people’s days. I’m someone who truly enjoys a challenge whether it’s helping a client overcome anxiety in public spaces, building healthier routines or stepping into something they’ve always wanted to try. What I will bring to our support sessions is humour, patience, creativity and a sense of adventure because life should feel FUN! If you’re looking for support that feels genuine, dependable, thoughtful and uplifting, I’d love to be part of the journey. I believe I am a unique blend of lived experience and a professional structure. I’ve spent many years supporting people from all walks of life and this has shaped me into someone who listens, communicates calmly and adapts quickly to each person’s needs. I’m naturally empathetic, organised and emotionally intuitive. I create a safe, grounded and encouraging environment. I approach challenges with patience, humour (always having a laugh) and problem solving and I genuinely enjoy helping people feel capable, valued and motivated. My background includes hands on mental health support, navigating difficult life transitions, advocating for individuals, strengthening routines and building confidence through genuine care. I take pride in being reliable and maintaining clear boundaries, professional conduct and accountability. Personality wise I am naturally a happy and positive person. I love adventure, trying new things with clients and helping people reconnect with activities that bring joy into their lives. I’m pretty steady under pressure and not afraid of complex situations (great challenges, in my opinion) as I see them as opportunities to make a difference. I love what I do, I truly love being a support worker and helping shine a light on other peoples day!
