About

I am here to support clients in the best way that I can. I am a big believer in nature as healer, physical activity, and community, and am most excited about supporting people in these ways. I'm a young at heart, reliable and understanding 40-something, with a calm and friendly nature, who dabbles in stand-up comedy and soccer, gets out in nature as often as possible, is involved in a variety of community organisations and loves an adventure.
