I have always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in people's lives. My previous experience in care work particularly in Hammond Care and Enhance Community Services showed me how fulfilling it is to provide support to individuals who need it the most. I enjoy building relationship with people, understanding their unique needs, and assisting them in living with dignity and independence. Seeing the difference my care and support can make in someone's life is what truly motivates me. I believe I am well suited for this role because I am compassionate, patient, and attentive to people's needs. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they receive the support they need in a respectful and person-centred way. My strong communication skills allow me connect with clients and understand their preferences. Additionally, I'm reliable, adaptable and committed to providing high-quality care that enhances the well-being of those I support. I am passionate about providing care and support that improves people's quality of life. Seeing the positive impact of my work in social care motivates me to continue developing my skills in this field. Beyond that, I have a strong interest in creative design and multimedia, which allows me to express myself through graphics, branding and experience design. In terms of skills, I have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, which help me build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. I am also highly adaptable, able to handle different challenges with patience and problem-solving skills. As for hobbies, I enjoy photography and videography, which allow me to capture and share meaningful moments. I also have an interest in music and am currently learning to play the piano. Personality-wise, I am approachable, empathetic, and a great listener, which helps me build trust with the people I support. I am also highly reliable and dedicated to making a positive impact wherever I work.
