I have always been passionate about helping other people and trying to make a positive impact in their lives. I believe I will be good at it because I have plenty of experience working as a support worker before and I have always loved the job. I also feel that my biggest strengths are being empathetic, patient and being a great listener which is some of the most important qualities to have in such a role.
