About

My motivation to become a social carer stems from a strong desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives, especially those who need extra support. Growing up, I saw firsthand how compassionate care can improve someone’s quality of life, which inspired me to pursue a career in this field. I believe that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and meaningful connections, and I want to be someone who helps provide that. I think I’ll be good at this role because I am patient, empathetic, and a good listener. In my past work in customer service, I developed strong communication skills and learned to approach each person with respect and understanding. These qualities, along with my training in aged care support, give me confidence that I can provide the attentive, person-centered care that clients deserve. I’m passionate about staying active and enjoy sports like playing footy and soccer. I’m also a big fan of watching UFC, which keeps me inspired by the dedication and resilience of the athletes. I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking or just exploring new places. Going out and connecting with others is also something I value, as it brings balance and energy to my life. These hobbies keep me grounded and motivated, helping me bring positivity and focus to my work as a support worker. In addition to my formal training in aged care support, I bring a background in customer service, which has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems with empathy. On top of that, I love dogs and i am also planning to build dog facility back in my country so that i can look after all the street dogs and take care of them.
