I’m passionate about connecting with others and believe in the power of compassion, empathy, and genuine care. That’s why I’m looking to become a Social Carer. I love getting to know people, sharing stories over a cup of tea, and making meaningful connections. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends — whether it’s sharing a meal, going for a walk, or enjoying a day at the beach. For seven years, I worked as an Admin Assistant at the hospital. I enjoyed working at the front desk, being the first point of contact where I met and helped people in the community when they were sick, worried, injured and in their most vulnerable state. Beyond my professional duties, I found joy in making cups of tea or coffee for patients, bringing them snacks, and simply sitting down for a chat to brighten their day. I've always felt the need to help others and have been drawn back to working in an environment where I can join in activities with other like-minded people. I love doing craft, shopping, cooking, being out in nature, going to the movies or just hanging out. I’m also a mum to a beautiful one-year-old. She is growing up so quickly, right before my eyes! I love going for walks with her and watching her take the big world in, while collecting flowers and picking up rocks on the way. Lastly, I hold a full driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and have a reliable vehicle for transportation. I look forward to the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives!
