In my free time, I love outdoor adventures with my family, especially a good long walk and beach days where my family and I enjoy cold ocean therapy. I’m also a dedicated to daily mindfulness and I love to read to wind down each night. For me, life is about growth, meaningful work and spending time with loved ones while making the world a little better along the way.
