About

I became motivated to pursue a career as a Social Carer because of my deep passion for helping people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. With 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of compassionate care and support on individuals' well-being. My academic background, which includes studying a master's degree in neuroscience and a degree in sport and exercise, has equipped me with a clinical understanding of both neurological and mental disorders, as well as expertise in exercise rehabilitation. This unique blend of knowledge and experience enables me to provide holistic and empathetic care, addressing both the physical and mental health needs of those I serve. My commitment to improving the quality of life for others and my comprehensive skill set make me confident that I will excel as a Social Carer. I am deeply passionate about promoting health and wellness, which is reflected in both my professional and personal life. I enjoy staying active through various forms of exercise, as these activities help me maintain my physical and mental well-being. In terms of hobbies, I love exploring the outdoors, finding peace and rejuvenation in nature. I also enjoy cooking, dancing and art. My skills include a strong foundation in clinical and neurological sciences, extensive experience in exercise rehabilitation, and a compassionate approach to caregiving. My ability to combine scientific knowledge with practical application makes me well-equipped to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. A quote I love: "Smile, not because life is easy, but because you can find joy even in the little things."
