Hi, I'm Flor Jenny – but you can call me Jenny 😊 I’m a reliable, patient, and bilingual (Spanish-English) support worker based in the Sydney area. I bring a calm and warm presence to every shift, and I enjoy building trust-based relationships with the people I support. I’ve worked with NDIS participants of all ages, including children and adults with autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, and mental health conditions. I’m happy to support with personal care, social outings, skill-building, light housework, and creating a joyful, safe routine at home. Before becoming a support worker, I worked as a project engineer and administrator on infrastructure projects — so I’m highly organised and great with scheduling and documentation. I also have a passion for helping others live with more confidence and connection. In my free time, I love dancing, being outdoors, and caring for animals (I’ve even supported NDIS clients with companion dogs).
