Caring for my mum through advanced dementia showed me how much compassion, patience, and dignity matter in supporting others. I’m motivated to provide that same level of care to others and their families. My empathy, communication skills, and calm approach help me build trust and adapt to each person’s needs. I’m passionate about helping people grow, creating engaging learning experiences, and supporting others with empathy, especially in dementia care. My strengths include clear communication, program design, and building strong relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy community volunteering, writing, and walking my dog, BJ.
