About
I have a passion for social services and experience supporting children, young people, older adults, and people with disability through life transitions and difficult situations, including moving toward independent living, building everyday skills, and navigating grief, trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as a range of emotional and psychological challenges. My focus is on strengthening confidence, autonomy, and social connection through a practical, person-centred approach. I enjoy nature-based wellbeing activities and also have experience providing support in outdoor environments. I am based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and also work across Victoria’s Goldfields region. I am nature and technology minded, with a strong interest in website design, content creation, and photography, and am currently studying psychology and counselling.
