I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I genuinely enjoy supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and confidence. I believe everyone deserves to feel respected, heard, and safe in their own home and community, especially those who may be vulnerable or facing challenges in daily life. Being able to make a positive difference, even in small ways, is something I find deeply meaningful. My key skills include strong communication, patience, and problem-solving. I am a good listener, able to follow instructions carefully, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. I am organised, adaptable, and able to remain calm and focused in challenging or unexpected situations. I am a reliable, respectful, and safety-focused individual who takes responsibility seriously.
