I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I genuinely enjoy supporting people and helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort. I am patient, empathetic, and a good listener, and I build trust easily. I stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always try to treat others with respect, which I believe will make me effective in the role. I enjoy walking my dog, riding my bike, and using everyday life skills to support others. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals and become more independent. I have strong communication, patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to encourage and motivate others. I can assist people safely with daily tasks, provide practical support, and help them build confidence to live a better, more fulfilling life. I really value downtime — I love getting out into nature to recharge and enjoying a good movie to unwind.
