Hello! My name is Adele and I am a university student studying Nutrition. I am a friendly and easy-going person which would make people feel welcome and happy to talk to. It also helps to break the ice between me and the people that I have met. Being the eldest sister in the family has taught me to be patient, learn to take care of the younger ones and has acquired a good listening skill. I believe these are fundamental qualities that would make me a great Social Carer. Moreover, I always show empathy to my family and friends when they are going through challenging times and always try to find ways to cheer them up or encourage them. I am good at art and crafts such as embroidery and painting. I believe these are fun activities that could be shared and enjoy with people in the community. I would share the hobby by holding different painting sessions like acrylic paint painting, oil pastels painting and watercolour painting to show the diversity of painting. Also, it would be a great opportunity to allow one's to find a potential passion for painting. As for embroidery, I think it is a calming activity which everyone could enjoy. I would share this hobby by organising embroidery sessions with a different theme for example Christmas, Easter and Halloween to make it more interesting and relatable for the people whom I am sharing this hobby within the community.
