About

I have been in the care industry for several years, primarily focusing on companionship care and personal assistance to those who need additional help with daily tasks. As a person I have been raised with strong ethics, putting a high value on qualities such as honesty & trustworthiness, reliability, and genuine care for people. I am an authentic happy person that enjoys working with people, empathising with their struggles and helping where I can. I am experienced in aged care and disability support work, both privately & through care companies, with specialised training in being a registered dementia friend and various limiting medical conditions. I am also trained with experience in working with clients with trauma PTSD and various mental health conditions, such as anxiety & depression. I treat whoever is under my care as I would want a member of my family to be treated, with respect and sincerity, always wanting them to be as comfortable as possible. I enjoy good communication with each of my clients, encouraging openness to provide a service that caters to their personal needs and expectations. My goal in providing support is to add value to a person’s life, aiding them both emotionally and physically, as they grow in confidence to live their life the way they want to. I enjoy working in with whatever my client loves to do, whether it’s companionship support, doing errands, or helping them get involved with their hobbies and passions.
