I am a Social Worker who is very keen on assisting with the health and wellbeing of clients. I have experience working with young people and adults with ASD, ADHD and anxiety. I can offer compassion, authenticity and knowledge of theoretical frameworks that can assist with our catch ups!! I love spending time with my two teenage girls and my husband. Family time is very valuable to me. I enjoy working out in the mornings and having my music a bit too loud (my poor neighbours!)😆 Honestly, I'm just am excited to offer my knowledge and support to others.
