I have vast experience in the field of marketing, education and aged care that gives me the confidence that i can become a great social carer. In all the fields mentioned i was promoted in the first year of my job that also boosts the confidence.^& ^&I will try to find out the hobbies of the person to whom i am dealing with and during the conversation of their skills and hobbies i will bring my skills and hobbies to share with them. For example if someone is interested in reading books and telling me for a particular book and if i have seen something similar in a documentary or movie, i will share with them and then we both will be having 2 areas to talk books and movies.^&
