About
I love meeting people where they are and discovering who they are and their potential. I really care for others and love helping others. This is one of the reasons I completed an undergraduate in psychology at Monash University and completed graduate diploma in psychology which gives me a broad understanding of many conditions and illnesses. I also completed a honours year around improving aged care which grew my passion for older people and appreciation for their wisdom and contribution. I have experience giving positive mental health workshops to primary to secondary schools and have a particular interest in supporting in the hardships and change in child and teen years. I am a hardworker and am so passionate about giving people a foot up so they can be who they want to be :) Music: I can play guitar and sing along (if they liked singing and music) or we could go on a walk at the beach, my favourite place!
