I am a student of Bachelor of Community Services and working as a Disability Support Carer at Maple community services and I have been working for more than 8 months now, I am very good at my work and have a good relationship with all my clients in both CP and SIL, I feel like joining likefamily will be a level up for me and my career. I feel like studying in the same field that I am working in hives me an edge over others to be able to perform and understand my job completely.^& ^&It really depends on the person’s interest. I would analyse what a certain individual is interested in and then I would try to teach them from the scratch without making them feel bad about it in the best possible manner.^&
