Hey there! I’m Ebru. Your go to support worker with a big heart and a big smile :) I’ve been in the disability support space for over 3 years now, and I absolutely love what I do! I created my own little business called Guided Empowerment, and through it I’ve had the joy of supporting amazing clients with all kinds of needs from autism and intellectual disabilities to mental health, mobility challenges, and daily life skills. I come from a background in education (yep, I’ve got a Bachelor’s in Education Studies and a Master’s in Primary Teaching!), so I’m all about helping people build confidence, learn new things, and feel empowered every step of the way. Whether we’re working on goals, going out in the community, building independence, or just having a good chat and a laugh. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, respected and uplifted. Outside of work, I’m a big fan of the gym, all things wellness, creativity, and living life with good vibes!
