About
Hello, I am Jennie, I am 35 years old and a mother of two kids (4 and 2 years old). I have worked in a few different industries, sectors and roles with the most recent one in retail customer service. One of the many things I have always wanted to do was help others, thus the reason I’m joining support worker industry. I just want to assist different sections of the community in whatever way I can. For the large part of my working life I worked in hospitality, management, sales, marketing and customer service which has given me deep experience in serving and connecting with people. I have strong communication skills with ability to work with diverse and multi-skilled individuals and teams. One thing is for sure, my journey has equipped me with a strong work ethic, the flexibility to take on just about anything, and the ability to connect with anyone. I am ready to put my interest in health and wellbeing to good use. One of my greatest passions is my edible garden, packed full of home-grown vegetables, fruits and herbs. On a personal note, I love learning, travelling, reading, movies, music and spending time with my husband, children and extended family. I am really looking forward to sharing my experience, knowledge and interests with you. I’m a active listener. Whenever my family or friends need someone to talk or share. I always be there for them.
