Hi, I’m Daniel – 33 years old, originally from Ireland and now a proud Australian citizen. I'm a friendly, approachable, and reliable support worker with over 10 years’ experience in the disability and community services sector. I’ve worked with people of all ages in both residential settings and independent living, mostly in 1:1 support roles. My experience includes supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and behaviours of concern. I provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs—from community access and transport to daily living skills, household support, and following behaviour or therapy plans. I’m passionate about building strong, genuine relationships with the people I support. I bring a positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and a calm, supportive presence. I’m also open-minded and always happy to try new things.
