I Believe it's in my nature! I am a very empathetic and understanding person and I always believe my job role will involve helping other people no matter what that looks like. I don't discriminate and judgement is not something I am fond for. Especially in the role of social care I think empathy needs to be a strong skill. I personally am the older sister of 2 little girls, one has a rare disability, Ashlyn. I do believe although limited in 1:1 interactions, I strongly can adapt to different needs and learn how I can best care for the individual at need. I love sharing my knowledge, and especially feel that I am serving and adding value to someones life! My Cousin, also previously had Asperger's syndrome, and he was like my older brother prior to his passing, The interaction with him was also a way to learn and see what he needed from me, often he had his personal struggles with social interaction.^& ^&My biggest would be health and fitness! I love leading this lifestyle and believe it has a large effect on a lot of other aspects in life. I would love to share my knowledge and creativity in the kitchen, with recipes, meal planning and cooking. And also utilise creativity to share how doing small acts of fitness, and movement can be an addition to your day, increase happiness and health.^&
