I have been doing Support Work for almost 5 years now. I love building relationships and interacting with people from all walks of life. While I am absolutely fine with providing personal care and domestic assistance, I love getting people out and seeing them enjoy themselves. Often introducing them to new venues or activities and getting them out of their comfort zone. I also worked as a Personal Trainer for about 7 years, which was another profession centered around helping others. I encourage everyone to live an active lifestyle (suited to their ability). Whether its going to the gym, shooting some hoops or just a stretch or walk in nature. Movement and time outside make such a difference.
