Hello my name is Margie, and l live on the Gold Coast. l have cared for my mum over the years, and other various family members living with mobility, neurological or mental health needs they needed help with. I have 9 siblings, and we all catch up as often as we can. As a Social Carer, l look forward to enjoying any number of social outings Members would like to choose. I am outgoing, reliable and trustworthy. I love a good sense of humour, and enjoy conversations. I enjoy local classic car show events, street festivals and markets. I see Like Family as an extension of my own family, and l know l will enjoy helping members be involved in all manner of activities. If you would like to be taken to the shops, go out for lunch, have some housework done, errands run, go to the beach or a drive, need to be taken to appointments, or anything you need or would like to do, l look forward to helping you achieve those goals. I enjoy the company of people from all walks of life, and all ages. My career has been mainly in retail and hospitality, but l have always wanted to be involved in Community work.
