About
I was motivated to become a social carer by my passion for helping people feel supported, valued, and independent. My background in support work, retail, and running my own dance studio business has built my empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. I believe I will be good at this role because I am approachable, adaptable, and committed to creating safe, positive environments where people can thrive. I am currently commencing my cert 3 in individual support I’m passionate about supporting and uplifting others, with strong skills in communication, organisation, and empathy. Outside of work, I enjoy dance, pilates, the gym, crafts, board games and spending time at the beach.
