I wanted to become a social worker because I have a deep passion for personal development and a strong commitment to empowering others. As an individual who has faced my own challenges with mental health, I am driven by a desire to help others navigate similar experiences. My passions involve spending time with friends and loved ones, I am adventurous, I love being outdoors but also enjoying watching my favourite movies with lots of snacks :). I am resilient, resourceful and dedicated to my cause of helping others live a fulfilling life. My hobbies are a never ending list of new and exciting adventures to try. I have two brothers so I grew up playing lots of sports. My most recent job was a casual teacher aid at a primary school, I really enjoy working with children, I am always amazed with how creative they can be. I have also worked as a personal trainer, apprentice electrical and so forth. I am very handy and quite enjoy being able to tackle any task thrown my way.
