About
I’ve always felt like helping people is all life is meant to be about. I’m a First Nations person, and my cultures all about that shared vision and holding space. I’ve had plenty of rough days myself and it’s an honour to be able to be there for someone else if they need me. I’m neurodivergent myself and have spent a lot of my life around people with all levels of ability and life experiences, good and bad. Everyone needs a friend. I’m a huge nature fan. Swimming, bush walks, even just lying on the grass and watching bugs fly by. I’m an artist, painting and drawing primarily but I dabble in almost anything. I also sing, classical, folk, even death metal haha. A jack of all artistic trades. I’m very passionate about mental health, and from a very decolonial and holistic mindset. Again, I think everyone needs a friend. I’m a mum of 2 neurodivergent kids so I’m all for holding space and meeting people where they’re at. I also love spending time with my family’s horses and hobby farm animals, it’s very therapeutic.
