So far I have lived in 6 countries, I am quite used to dealing with different cultural backgrounds and to connection with lots of different people. Before coming to Australia and during my studies in France, I spent a lot of my time taking care of my grandmother as she was living next to me. That included gardening, help her cook, help her in general tasks (shops, maintenance etc). She gave me many recipes that I still use today. I also spent almost one year living with an old person during my first year of study in Lyon. I was helping her with her daily tasks while having my own room for free. It is quite common in Lyon to find students doing this kind of services as it gives the possibility to live in a better place for free, live with someone and help the person. I love sharing my experiences with people and I usually enjoy old people s company as they usually have many interesting things to say. I also used to take care of one of my cousins when I was in highschool for a year. I was taking him after school and was spending a few hours every wednesdays and fridays in his parents’ appartment. I do not have any certifications in social caring, but I am definitely eager to learn new skills. It would also be a completely different experience for me.^& ^&I often go to Cinemas to watch either independent or ancient films. I also often go to Operas or classical or music concerts as I am really into neo-classical music. Sometimes I also go to jazz concerts. I could plan to attend to some concerts with the people I take care of. I enjoy walking and discovering new beautiful artists, spots and restaurants, especially when I am abroad. I am quite used of doing gardening as well and general cleaning as I have lived with very different people in houses or apartments. I am also into sailing and could organize something, depending on the location and what is available.^&
