I am a very reliable, patient, and empathetic person, and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. The services I offer include social support, health and wellbeing support, event buddy, art and crafts support, and transport. I have experience with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, anxiety, acquired brain injury, learning difficulties, pathological demand avoidance, gluten and dairy intolerances, and learning difficulties. I also have extensive lived experience of physical injury rehabilitation, which inspired me to commence studying a Masters in Rehabilitation Counselling at Griffith University part-time in 2023. I enjoy lino-printing, art, swimming, walking, sight seeing, pottery, reading, gem shows, helping people shop for clothes, movies, events, eating out, seeing plays, doing puzzles, listening to music, going opp shopping, and catching up with friends over coffee. I have a very random knack for being able to help people buy clothes that really suit them and make them feel confident about themselves. I have lived in Japan twice and enjoy teaching people to read and write beginner level Japanese and explore Japanese culture and food. Due to a past injury, I am unable to offer services that involve lifting or carrying. For this reason, I am unable to lift or transfer people, wheelchairs, or walking aides, and I am unable to assist with grocery shopping or domestic cleaning services. Thanks for your understanding. If I can help you with your social support needs or transport needs, please reach out. I am happy to help.
