About
I have always enjoyed working with people and not being stuck behind a screen. I am a good listener and highly organised. Our household has always been very busy with four children (now all adults) and both parents working full time. I enjoy meeting new people and can relate and connect quickly to them. I came to Australia in 1997 on a teaching exchange from Germany. I fell in love with the lifestyle, the country and my husband! I am reliable, punctual and have a good sense of humour. I like to travel and explore new places and meet new people. Lending a helping hand and ear comes natural to me. My love for nature and the outdoors often leads me to Mt Coot-tha, the Botanical Gardens or my big back yard. I would enjoy taking people outside for walks and picknicks (parks in the CBD, Lone Pine) or creating/ improving a green space at someone's place. I am also a keen home decorator and would like tidying up a place, shopping and preparing a meal with someone.
