I have always loved working with people and animals. I started working at fourteen in the hospitality industry to help pay for my horse addiction. By the age of sixteen I had also picked up two other jobs one riding track work at randwick racecourse, the other at a local riding school teaching lessons and doing pony rides around centennial Park. After losing my father 15yrs ago my mum became quite ill from the stress, after several brain bleeds she gradually lost her eyesight and alot of brain function. I became her full-time carer for 2yrs taking her to appointments, skills training, social outings, public transport training, until we were comfortable for her to move back to her own unit. I also took care of and supported my ex husband who I had three young children with at the time through a leg amputation and rehabilitation. I have always enjoyed helping people and giving back to the community. I have been a member of the Rural fire service and volunteer first responder for ambulance nsw when I lived rurally and would love to get back helping my community again. I love being outdoors doing anything really even if I haven't tried something before I will definitely give it ago. Love going to live shows/theatre etc I used to take my mum all the time I have two extremely friendly dogs and a new kitten.
