I have been in management in big box retail and warehouse industries for 15 plus years with up to 50 direct report team members. I have mentored trained and guided many people watching people succeed grow learn and build confidence. Treating all my team members as people not numbers. I would really love to bring my experience to the community and those in need. ^& ^&I’m very passionate about fishing and travelling Australia in my spare time also enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer. I love creating positivity and teaching people to Find a positive out of a negative. I love to build confidence and self worth. ^&
