I am a kind, caring and compassionate person who loves helping people. I like to think of myself as brave, strong and passionate. I love to get outside and moving whether it's walking, exercising, seeing or trying new things. I also enjoy cooking, cleaning (I am a little bit of a clean freak) and doing puzzles. I have a passion for knowledge and love learning new things. I am really enthusiastic about health and wellbeing. I do yoga once a day to help me stay healthy both mentally and physically.
