Hi, my name is Nicola! I am a people person so I love chatting, I enjoy hearing your stories and I love helping out. I love my exercise (be it walking, cycling or swimming!). I exercise daily and I enjoy bringing people out to exercise with me. It’s a great way to bond and to improve both our mental and physical health! Having raised five children of my own, I’ve had plenty of opportunity to experience the joys of dedicating my time to other people and I know how fulfilling it is. I would love the opportunity to spend time with you and make your days a little easier and brighter.
